Terms of Service

These User Terms of Service ("User Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services, that link to these User Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

Preliminaries

These User Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Veridian regarding your use of the Services. "Veridian", "We", "our" or "us" will refer to Veridian Technologies, LLC.

1. Service Overview

Veridian provides a platform for users to access and use a variety of productivity tools and services, including "Veridian Dashboard" and "Veridian Enterprise" which allow a user to manage the intake, analysis, and forwarding of leads for private equity and venture capital firms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By agreeing to these User Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services; and (c) your registration and your use of the Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, notify us at support@veridian.vc.

4. General Payment Terms

Certain services may require you to pay fees. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable. Veridian reserves the right to change the pricing of any Service at any time.

5. Licenses

Subject to your compliance with these User Terms, Veridian grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services for your own personal or internal business purposes.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Veridian and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following: copying or distributing any part of the Services; using automated systems to access the Services; transmitting spam; attempting to interfere with system integrity; taking actions that impose unreasonable load on infrastructure; uploading viruses; collecting personally identifiable information; impersonating another person; or bypassing access restrictions.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
